Hiispark Content Usage Policy

This Content Usage Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of any and all content associated with Hiispark, Hii132081, and the Hiispark Team (“Hiispark Content”). By accessing, sharing, or referencing Hiispark Content in any form, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
All Hiispark Content is the exclusive property of the Hiispark Team. This includes, but is not limited to, names, logos, characters, designs, media, software, and documentation. Unauthorized use of Hiispark Content is strictly prohibited.
You may only use Hiispark Content with explicit, prior written permission from an authorized member of the Hiispark Team. Any use without such permission constitutes a violation of this Policy.
Creating, hosting, or maintaining any communication servers, online forums, or social media communities centered around Hiispark Content without permission is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, Discord servers, chat rooms, and fan groups.
Any user found to be operating or participating in unauthorized servers or communities may be subject to a permanent ban from all Hiispark-related platforms, services, and future content access.
The Hiispark Team reserves the right to take appropriate enforcement actions, including but not limited to:
Issuing takedown requests or copyright claims,
Permanently banning individuals from Hiispark-related content and services,
Pursuing legal action in cases of severe or repeated violations.
The Hiispark Team reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Hiispark Content after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
